Found in the Chaulin Temple and there's a gummie and a premium one for ameba gold. Epicness.

Also, if you get the chance to meet the Great legend of Chaulin, you can buy the Nimbus Clouds from the gacha. It doesnt have the black one though( I know this cause I has one >:D)
